The Information We Collect

When you register on the PHAMALy Web site as a Member, Donor, or Volunteer, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information about yourself including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, email or other electronic address and any applicable billing information (e.g., credit card number and expiration date) (collectively, "Your Information").

PHAMALy.org may use your IP address (the number assigned to your computer while it is on the Internet) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

If you shop on the Web site's online store (via cafepress.com), your IP address may be used to help identify your computer and your online "shopping cart" and to gather broad demographic information. Your information is then subject to the privacy and security policies of Cafepress.com.
